I have been the same weight for two months now. My body is tightening a little in strange places (ankles, forearms) but the gut is unmoved by my efforts. Ha!
These are my macros for the week to kickstart my weight loss again:
1217 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
25 g Carbs (8%, 100 kcal)
72 g Protein (24%, 288 kcal)
92 g Fat (68%, 829 kcal)
Lots and lots of water.
79,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3 kg.    Rimanenti: 5,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,1 kg a Settimana

at 25g carbs, it sure will :) Nice one. Might be a little protein heavy though. Too many proteins, and the excess effectively becomes carbs. Better to compare overall percentages, rather than the grams of each, since the kj count of fat is so much higer per gram. If you stick to around 70% fat, and maybe 20% protein, and 10% carbs overall, you will be golden. Jiggle those three around to suit your own makeup, but they are a good starting point.

i split my macros 40,40 20. 40% carbs (brain only uses carb for energy) 40% protein 20% fats I mean its worked for me and its what a couple of Doctors have recommened. As biggergus said excess of anything is stored by the body. Seems to be doing alright Im 19 down and powering on. find what works for you. Love the lots of water!! You can achieve anything you set your mind too!
