Goodness! It's been a month since I made a journal entry here. It's interesting that my weight is almost exactly the same.

I've been trying a different technique to stop my binge eating and I've joined an expensive program to help me to attain that goal. It's not a diet or a weight loss program. It's a behavior modification technique that uses CBT. Eventually it will lead to weight loss, but first I've got to stop the binge eating. I believe that alone might lead to weight loss.
