Dear Journal,
I am just so frustrated because I have been working out so much more and harder than I ever have, and I have not seen any results!! I have gained weight and NOT SEEN MUCH MUSCLE DEFINITION at all!! I wish to trim down and tone up!! I eat healthy meals with an occasional sweet in between them, but with my active lifestyle, I do not understand why I shouldn't be able to have an occasional brownie or cookie here and there!! Is it my thyroid? Do I have issues with it like my mom does? I guess we'll have to make a trip to the doctor, because I just can't understand why my body is acting this way...unless I'm pregnant, but it doesn't feel at all like I am, & I've taken a test with a negative outcome...I hope I'm not pregnant....I weighed 121.5 today, and for no reason that I can think of. I HAVE Been going to bed no earlier than 11 or 12 every night and waking @ 9 every morning, so that could be the case too....but that never made a difference before...maybe it's because I'm getting closer to 30...We'll see what happens tomorrow w/ the scale...Bye for now.

121 is a really healthy weight... especially if you are building muscle. Unless of course your are 4 ft tall....
