Dear Journal,
I started my challenges a few days early & have already done my 100 crunches & even added 25 side v-ups on each side to the mix. I have only done 25 push ups so far today, but the day is not over yet. I hope to get away from doing the girlie push ups on my knees & onto my toes!! We'll see how this challenge goes...I would love to have me some Sheryl Crow or Courtney Cox arms!!...My abs are already my best feature, so I'm just doing the crunches to make them even better!
