Dear Journal, I was super annoyed this morning with my weigh in because I weighed the same as I did yesterday...I didn't lose anything!! I even made a whole pan of my favorite mint brownies for my friend & her family for her birthday, & while they ate ice cream and brownies and pizza, I sat there because I had reached my calories for the day!!! That is major self-control!!! Why didn't I lose anything?...I'm sad, but maybe tomorrow morning will be better!! I did my 100 sit-ups and 100 push-ups yesterday & worked out at the gym for an hour...30 min. w/ weights, & 30 minutes on the upward elliptical machine. I even did 30 squats at home!! Like I said, today is another day, and tomorrow morning is another weigh in. I'm not going to take my measurements again until I am at least back down to 20 pounds.
