I saw one of your former comments that said that you had a cup of coffee in the morning---I highly recommend that you try to cut that out of your routine because it is not good to have caffeine on the Atkins. Diet, caffeine free drinks are allowed, but def. not coffee. :( Good luck though! 

HELP !!!!!!!!! I just signed on to this site and because I am a severe Diabetic--I chose Adkins---But; there is nothing here to really tell you what to do in the first stage. Any help will be appreciated. Babooshka
