I am just beginning this journey. I am at my heaviest weight ever. The picture that is posted was from 8 years and 64 pounds ago. I get easily discouraged, but I'm going to try the Kimkins because it seems to have the quickest results. I have to do something with myself; too many medical conditions which can be prevented run in my family.
