I can see the difference in my face. It's hard to tell differences elsewhere since I had sleeves on in the after pic. Size 18 shorts vs. size 14 slacks now. :)

Thanks for the compliments. I have noticed that I can now wear clothes that are more form fitting and I am not trying to hide the rolls around my middle anymore, because they are shrinking. (even the bra bulge is shrinking!) I start personal training tonight which will be twice a week for the next 6 weeks and I am looking forward to it. My goals are to lose more inches and tone muscle while accomplishing more weight loss. I love that my arthritis knee pain has been gone for a couple months now and I know it is because of the weight loss and healthier choices that I am making. :)
