Great time at the gym tonight. Did 3.5 mph on the treadmill for 20 minutes before working out with the personal trainer for 30 minutes. Then I did a class for an hour called Drums Alive. It was a lot of fun and a good workout, even though I am not coordinated lol. Walking is tomorrow night's exercise. :)
