Today I am 44 years old.
I have wasted the past 10 years with weight issues and believed I will be happy once I am thin again. Lot of time down the drain.......
No more.....we all have personal problems, cancer, retrenchments, lawsuits etc.....but from today I CHOOSE to be happy.
Anyway not logging today....will have a huge buffet lunch for birthday....back tomorrow!
