I am a go getter. The issue is that I have for the most of my life always focused on other things and not myself. I have tried (and that is the key word) all diets to loose a couple of kilos but as soon as its off I start eating my normal way. This can not go on like this. I have made the choice to change my lifestyle and NOT my diet!!
