Hello, I'm a 47 trying Atkins again (14 years ago). My weight has always been a roller coaster ride. In my late twenties early thirties I've recorded a weight of 330 lbs. I'm 5'10 and large framed that's why I feel 200 lb weight would be great for me, healthy. I have mildl high blood pressure, no diabetes yet. But I do have remitting/relapsing MS.
I'm a school bus driver and I've also a evening job with shuttling college students around campus.
