I started this journey when I was 66 years old and have thought it is too late to do much for myself, but I got a new vision, so I began to make the change. I am now 70 and I am better.
I am currently unmarried, have nine grandchildren and am in school working on my doctorate in Educational Leadership.
I have worked my entire life in administration. I teach, and am a minister.
My goal is to get into a size 12/14 and I will feel like it can be done!!! It is a target weight, but I understand it is a life long journey.
