Briefly, I am a single mom of three and work in a laboratory (anatomic pathology dept). My goals for weight loss are more about being kind to myself than about becoming someone else's ideal of the "right" weight (PLEASE, my own expectations are more than enough)!

Have great empathy for those who do whatever it takes to keep family and home together. I walk those same streets every day. Let's help each other attend to the weight that keeps us from doing the things for ourselves that we enjoy (and NEED) to be whole, balanced individuals.
