My wrist healed relatively well.
Training upper body now and it needed the work after me drilling legs for the last two years.. I became a little obsessed actually.
I had an eight week challenge and lost 2 kilograms of body fat however I felt ready good and don’t really want to loose any from here.. so I’ll head into a build with upper body and core - yep core I need to build my centre. Tracking has eased. Steps aren’t as great as what they were however lots more responsibility with business and the kids

I fell off a motorised scooter and broke my wrist.
Gym twice this week only lower half as for obvious reason no upper body. Mentally it’s hit me hard because I was getting into a grove with training. To feel good I’ve gone for not the greatest food choices though still not over eating. 10,000 steps daily
