Yay one pound down, right now I am at one pound a week loss. I am losing weight now that is the main thing I guess.
I am exercizing strenuously twice a week so some of this lack of loss could be inflammation plus my period due any time now so that doesnt help the scale.
I have been having trace to small to moderate readingsof ketosis according to the ketosticks so I know I am keeping the carbs down low.
The biggest and best accomplishment is that there has been no alcohol over the last week whatsoever. I am suppose to go away this weekend to the mountains with a new guy I have been seeing and he drinks like a fish. If I cant stay sober with him and he continues to drink alot around me I will have to lose him.
On a positive note I feel much more energetic and relaxed on a low carb and I am wondering if I dont have a food allergy to wheat like my daughter who is bonfide tested and true Celiac Disease....I think that it might be.

So been doing this diet for a week today and still at 150. Really annoys me to be frank, since I am making so many sacrifices. Oh ya I went from 150.6 to 150.5 to 150.0 this morning but its not like thats a significant weight loss considering how much alcohol I was binging on previous to being here.
Yeah just before starting induction I was at 155 but that could have been water weight etc.
I am drinking alot of coffee with cream and eating a lot of fat but isnt that what you are supposed to do on ATkins?> Plus for the most part it has shown on trace keytones so maybe the creams and stuff are not helping me.
Not a good start to my day- slept in, ugly ass snow all over the place, and now not even a considerable weight loss in the morning.
I guess its going to be one of those days. JOY.

Still the same weight, still doing induction. Not happy with the lack of weight loss from yesterday to today but not suprising, I was SUPER hungry yesterday evening and was snacking like crazy on celery and cheese and baba ghanoush.
Oh well. Today will hopefully be better.
Not much I can do except stick with it. I am one of those people who gives up when I dont see results so god help me.

Stepped on the scale and back to 150. I gained from my nine day drinking binge but I lost it all in a few days so that is good. Now I am thinking of working out today and what to have for breakfast.
I am trying to eat sleep and think having a sexy slim body. I am gonna tire of eggs pretty quickly...errr breakfast ideas? Fellow Atkin inductioners?
Part of my goal to stay slim is just to keep up and stay fit..I don't like being a fraction of what I could be physically. Anyways was a little celebration that I lost those five lbs in three days, and now to go forward. I want to lose fifteen lbs this month. I will push pull sacrifice but it will be done. I know some of the thing that held me off last time were atkins bars, bacon for breakfast and to much protein. Not this time.
