OMGoodness, its 3:50 a.m. i can not force my body to rest. i'm w/0 my medicine for my nerve pain in my legs & arms.....hurting more now than before. thank goodness i go to doc this morning. i have done messed this day UP!!! i have eat more tonight than i have eaten in a very long x. guess i was eating to try and move so i wouldn't hurt so bad.... :(( didn't work, just made me mad @ myself. Have got a LLOONNGG day ahead too. maybe since i've already (pigged out) i will not eat anything til way longer, like 5 pm. didn't walk yesterday b/c i hurt and did not do my evening exercises. doesn't look to promising this morning either.

its 10:40 pm & all i managed to do today was some paper work. didnt walk so i guess im out of that challenge!!! hurtn today.... got dr, appt @ 9am so im out of here for now..God Bless

moving slow again today. done my normal exercises this morn & fixed b'fast. done a grocery list for Sept. that's all i've managed so for. its 1:30 p.m. guess i'm fixing to go eat lunch, not real hungry, but i know i must eat to lose & to keep my sugar balanced. write more later on today.

didnt write yesterday. was a BAD day!! my nerves were so off. anyways, i did log my eats in a notebook and my exercises. i managed to get in morning exercises & morning walking. walked 2 miles so lol guess that was my 2 i normally do. anyways better today. plan on doing my normal, except i do have to go to my church & hope with some stuff for the kids yard sale Fri. & Sat. just took meds. gona lay down a few mins til it starts to work. its 7:10 a.m. i walked 2 miles & done my morning & nite exercises, made a batch of jelly, went helped @ church, fixed supper. resting now.
