Actually have only been back on my new eating for two days and not feeling skinny. LOL My tummy burns, I have a headache but it will pass. Made something interesting tonight for supper. Grilled chicken breast and made a healthy sauce for it. Boiled a bag of chopped up broccoli mix, carrots, onions,little cabbage in a large can of diced tomatoes. Was thinking I was going to make cabbage soup. When it was done I pureed it in the blender and used this for my sauce on the chicken. Sure was good.

Valentines Day, My Birthday, my trainer quit, and a polish wedding. Having such a hard time getting back on track. Don't feel like I can get a hold this time. Went to the gym today and worked with a new trainer.
If I fail to plan, I plan to fail. Let's go Rose, time to get up and go.....

Holidays are over and celebrations still going on. If I wait for every occasion to start healthy eating I'll be dead. lol
Went to the gym today, took my pills, and drank my protein drink.
Trying to get on the right side of the mountain. Attitude is good.

Back from our cruise and had gained some weight but hadn't taken any of my water pills. Started the routine and lost weight. Have to keep moving and get back to the gym also.
