Good Saturday morning peeps. Sun is shining and the air is clear and its looking like a beautiful rain free weekend! Sadly this respiratory bug that is going around has made its way to my son's house, so I am making homemade soup to bring to him this morning. I feel a little bit under the weather, not bad, I'll power up with echinacea and Vit C, zinc, elderberry, etc. Hope everyone is feeling well and has a great weekend. Good morning FS people. Feeling somewhat sad this morning. Just a mix of a whole lot of things. So much conflict and uncertainty in the world today. Very troublesome times. Im worried for our country, those abroad in Europe and everywhere so much chaos, violence and threats to safety and liberty are taking place. There is no insulation for any of us from hurt and disappointment in life and we should all love and be kind to one another. Empathy is hard sometimes but knowing personal disappointments/struggles as we all do, it is something we can feel. God is with us, but I think of what He said to Adam in the garden, "it is not good that man should be alone". And I think that is very telling of our purpose here, to love and support one another. Terrible job of getting my thoughts across this morning, and not sure where all that came from, but I tend to follow my gut instincts and live from the heart. Hope everyone has the very best day.
