getting so frustrated! im proud of myself because I have been doing great with meal prepping..only eating wut I prep no indulging in sweet things...and have been at it for almost 3 solid weeks! started this journey beginning of march but fell off for 2 weeks and have been back strong for almost 3 weeks...but NONE of my clothes are fitting any differently! I WISH I could see some physical changes!

Found a very inspiring article today that I thought I should share with anyone who may be needing a little push! I don't know about you all but I know for me...needing to lose over 100lbs..the picture is a daunting one..this article is a reminder just take it one day at a time! YES just one day...don't look at tomorrow and don't reflect on yesterday...just today..make today count..do your very best TODAY...wow it just made me so excited! im ready to push hard at the gym today...I will reach my goals one day at a time!
