I'm down, it's not much but I'm happy. Down is down. I've lost 3.4 pounds since mu hubby and I started our 15 pounds in 15 weeks. He's down 4.2 so we're both doing well. I'm not getting my 10,000 steps a day but I have been painting the office where I work so I'm up and down a ladder all day. Now that's work!

Our first week of the 15 pounds in 15 weeks went well. I was down a bit more but the weekend got the best of me. Still I'll take it. I still have the motivation and I know I can do this.
We're painting at my work place so I have a feeling I'll be up and down the ladder all week so hopefully that will help.

This sucks! I guess I need to try harder and I will. My husband and I are going to try to do this together. We're calling it 15 in 15. 15 pounds in 15 weeks. Let's hope this works out since we're working together.

Holiday weekends are tough! I should have lost but apple pie and ice cream are NOT the way to do that.
I'm going to use my weekly average form my Fitbit app for my weight from now on. It has been trending down a bit each week so I feel like it may be more accurate. Let's hope it keeps going that way.
