I’ve been in maintenance all summer and stayed between 245 and 251 that entire time. Went to New Orleans and ate non-Keto for the 1st time in over a year. The 15lb gain was worth it. 🤷♀️😂🤣 24hr fast and then back to my regularly scheduled program and road to 215!💪

Was on vacation for a week and a half and then this last week, my eating was also still on vacation. 👀🤷♀️😂 I’m sticking to my Keto plan, just over eating Keto snacks. Particularly, sugar free frozen yogurt. You guys, I can’t stop going...everyday! 🤦♀️😂🤣 But I worked out twice last week and plan on adding in an extra day this week. Working out is absolutely my problem right now. And I have to stop maintaining my weight and lose this last bit of weight to get to goal. It’s time to simply stop making my excuses and GET IT DONE! 💪💪💪

So, it’s been a year on this journey. It’s come with highs and lows, but I’ve learned so much from them both...what works for me and what doesn’t, listening to my body as I make adjustments and truly having a new found respect and appreciation for my health. A combination of it all has helped me successfully lose 122lbs in 12 months, 26 weeks, 365 days! I started at 367 this go round. My heaviest was a whopping 405+. So in total, I am down 160lbs from my heaviest! I’m enjoying this journey and look forward to continuing on to a better me. 😊😊😊

Positive mind + Conscious Effort = Positive results. I was finally able to visit the Keto Zone (restaurant/bakery in Mansfield, OH) and try some of their items. If. While the items were all ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, It also gave me the kick I needed to get back into the kitchen and properly prep. While I am not “tracking” as religiously as I used to, I certainly knew I was going over my calories and not eating enough veggies. I switched it up last week and it paid off in addition to moving more like I promised myself I would. I am TRULY on the down swing of this journey now and feel like I have truly accomplished something big. Now...one to one derland...I think I can because I KNOW I CAN! ✊💪👏

Ok...so atleast I did not go up again with this yo-yo’ng every other week I have been doing. Increased my movement this past week as well as my veggie intake. Going to stay the course this week! 💪
