I’m starting to think this scale is broken...it won’t go past 252! 🤷♀️🤣😂🤣😂🤣 I am REALLY trying to work hard to get under 250 next week. It’s been far too long. But no really, I’m going to get a new scale this week. ✊💪😂🤣

I am coming up on a year of of this journey in eating more Whole Foods and eliminating carbs and sugar. I’m just simply proud of my progress. Only about a 20lb difference in the last 2 pics which are 3months a part. 150lbs+ lost from my highest weight. 💪

I have been doing this up and down thing for a few months. While it can be discouraging, I have had to learn that the scale is not the be all know all on this journey. There is only a 20lb difference in the 2nd and 3rd photo within a 3 month time span. While I would love to get under 250 as I continue on to onederland, I do need to ensure I continue to celebrate the non-scale victories. I have lost a over 150lbs total from my highest weight and for that...I am proud of myself. The weather has finally broke here and I plan to be outside and more active again to help this process along. I’m ready to kick it into high gear! 💪💪💪

I’ll take the pound loss gladly. I am shooting for working out 3 days this week. I went to the batting cages Friday and Saturday with my boys for some good upper body work and just trying to stay active as we finally have some decent weather here to get outside. Hoping to break the 250’s this week for sure! Make it a great week folks!

I legit had to jump on the scale 3 times to make sure it was right. Granted, I check everyday, but I’ve still being stepping on 3 tins as I couldn’t believe I had undone the nonsense from a week prior all within a week and added a couple to that loss. I’m really trying to stay focused and make sure I’m tracking and rarely dabbling in dirty Keto. It just doesn’t work for me! 🤣😂🤣😂 I also went to SkyZone with the boys and actually was able to participate! I was so excited for this NSV. Let’s make it a great week folks! ✊💪✌️
