Today was good in that I managed to extend my Intermittent Fast from 18 fasting 6 hours allowed eating to 22/2. Am contemplating a week long water fast soon. January? Not to lose weight but to adjust body chemistry. A week to get my blood sugar to normal, perhaps it's not enough, lets see. Anyway am not a stranger to fasting and it's not a big deal for me. As a matter of fact should not be a big deal for anybody in Ketosis. The Complete Guide to Fasting by Jason Fung" has been my guide. My goal is to get off the last of my medication.
Ran today - 30 min on a dreadmill, it's snowing outside and really cold. Ate between 6 and 8 PM. Other than that relatively quiet.

Hit my goal weight.
Do not think I have been at this level for a great many years. But since April have dropped 8% body fat and gained 4% muscle mass. In the next few months will continue to tweak my body composition. A further 9% muscle mass increase, would like 40% and 6% body fat decrease, target is 14%. It does means I will weigh more. Perhaps sometime this week I will have a celebratory scotch since I have not had a drink since March, 2018. One shot of some good stuff. Scotch is low in carbs. Have kept my diet carb low, no alcohol and recently started with intermittent fasting 18 hours no food and 6 hours allowed to eat. Not tracking calories in anymore. Workouts are an hour to 1.5 hours of weight training every other day. Focused on compound movements and running 30 mins 2 days out of 3. Goal in the next year is to lift 3x body weight for deads (455# target) , 2x body weight for squats (330# target) and somewhere around 1.3x (220# target) body weight for bench. Also have an infrared sauna to sweat it out and relieve workout muscle tension do that every two to 3 days
As I indicated have more work to do and at my age (60 or 59.5 being precise) it just takes a little longer.
