O.K. I will try to keep my spirits up. I have been faithful to the crunches and working out, but my eating the past few days sucks!
I went to a family wedding and ate WAY bad! Then I made some chicken enchiladas and ate them! Dang! I really need to remember-"Nothing tastes as good as thin feels"!

I have only lost one pound. I am trying hard not to get discouraged. It's tough, but I need to be patient. I could understand the lack of loss if I were eating badly, but I am eating great.

I know I should feel proud of the changes I have been making. I get up an hour earlier every morning, (At least by 5:30am) and I either run 2-3 miles or I use the eliptical for 30-40 minutes. I have also been eating perfectly. Even when I make the kids a really yummy breakfast (like biscuits and gravy!) I still make my protein smoothie. I then have tuna and a large salad or quoinoa and beans. My dinners are VERY good as well. Usually chicken and edamame or fish and tons of veggies. I have cut out all soda as well. My energy is high even though I only sleep about 4-5 hours a night. BUT my weight is not coming down........
