Its been a long month with alot of trials but im here my weight is back here. yes it did go up and I had to regroup and get myself back here .now forward we go.

I weighed myself again today cause yesterday I was alittle constipated but today I'm good after drinking water and later on mango juice. now my body feels free and i lost more weight which is always cool.
And the journey on IF continues. have a blessed day everybody.
on the last note I like brown bread /LGI but it constipated me .any advice on this ...is there better bread out there?

A month in IF today. I didn't hit my goal weight for the month so im kinder sad.and yes I know this is not a sprint but a marathon. but the perfectionist in me still cries out sometimes.
but with all that said I still give God the Glory for every loss!!! 😊

Plans for the week ahead really eat LC and less sugar intake.i want to see if there will be a bigger difference ,otherwise taking it 1 week at a time.

It finally hit me ...this is not a sprint but a marathon. I'm taking a break from 3day water fast. I will just do my normal routine.
I'm learning how to overcome daily and that I can live without food.
