Well, I'm back. I've been gone almost a month. Started a new job, it's going well. Sister's wedding is over so that's good. I don't feel too well. I got a lot of stuff on my mind but I figured it was time to come back to at least do one thing right right now. So, I'm going to start getting back into it. Slowly, but surely. I have no gym membership right now nor the funds to aquire one. That's the next step. It's been too long and I know that it will help my mood right now.
So, I'm going to need some support for the next couple weeks and I will start logging everyday again, since I'm regularly on a computer again.

Good news, FS buddies. I found out last night that I got the job! I gave my two weeks notice this morning. About an hour ago, they told me that today was going to be my last day bc of conflict of interest i think. But they are paying me for my two weeks, so I have a mini vacation before I start the new job! I am on cloud 9 today :)

So it seems I did not pass the birthday test. So now, I have to work extra hard these next two weeks to make it up. The wedding is two weeks from now, so I want to set some two week mini goals:
1. Work out everyday starting today (bikram yoga yay!)
2. Drink at least four bottle fulls of water everyday
3. Keep carbs under 150g/day
I think those are reasonable goals. I forsee my hardest goal (most important too) be ing the working out everyday. THIS is what I need to get back on track with. I need to stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. I get down on myself when I see ppl working out hard everyday. I down need to get down, I need to pick up the pace if I'm going to do this!. The BF is on board so time to get to work! I need to prove myself wrong.

Happy Monday Everyone! And Happy Birthday to me! As you all can see, I had a bit of a celebration yesterday. I took my dog to the doggie beach. She LOVES to swim. We hung out there for a few hours and then met my parents and their dog for lunch at a British Pub and I had a corn beef sandwich! SOOOO good! And then we bar hopped with the puppies. It was great. Not so great on my calories though :( But other than all the booze, I didn't do too too bad.
I'm trying to get back on track today. I wanted to have a full on breakfast (eggs, bacon, biscuits n gravy) and I was totally going to justify it as "it's my birthday, I can celebrate" but tonight we are going to all-you-can-eat sushi, so I just got my fruit. It is a good thing I did bc my coworkers got these Spanish meat filled pastries for my bday. I have no idea what they are called but they are delish! I had one and now I have a ton sitting on my desk that I am trying not to touch. I'm just sipping on my tea for now. Plus I don't want a food baby for my dinner tonight and pudge out of my new dress :) I gotta look hot! I will make sure to take pics!
This is proving difficult not to treat myself by overeating on my birthday. I am so glad that they didn't bring me cake and that it was a breakfast item i could have as a meal. And the added calories are much more worth it bc those pastries are sooo much better than cake!
