Not my Monday weigh in, but the scales moved so I wanted to celebrate. Tomorrow is the end of week 4 of Bootcamp. They will take our measurements, measure body fat, and weigh to compare to our Day 1. Will let everyone know the results tomorrow!

Week 3 of Bootcamp is over. Only 1 more week of the first month. I am thinking about giving it another go next month. They told us this morning as the weather gets colder we will have access to the old gym at the High School, so we have alternative locations. Part of me hates spending the $99, however I don't think I am there mentally just yet to do this at home on my own.

Still no scale movement, but not letting it discourage me. Week 3 of Bootcamp started today. We didn't get home until 11:40 last night. I dropped my phone Friday so part of my screen is not readable, didn't realize I didn't have alarm clicked on (use phone as alarm) so the 4:30 wake up didn't go off. At 5:30, my alarm went off on the phone that was set over the weekend....very bummed I missed this morning. If I didn't have a conference call at 5 today would go after work. Guess will get home tonight and got walk and do some home workout. Will still have other 3 days to get my butt kicked.
Husband was out of town this weekend getting another load of hay, so I did get a good stregth training workout this weekend. I fed 1600# of feed to our cattle. Had to load 800# onto tractor, then unload 800# to pour and feed to different pens. I used arm and some leg squats in feeding. I did it again Sunday morning while husband slept after his trip to Louisiana. When he got up, we headed to Henderson, TX area (2 1/2 hours from home) to pick up cattle from father-in-law to bring to our place. I drove on the way home, I hit a deer in my husband's truck. 3 does were standing in the middle of the road, tried to stop but not quick enough. I hit a deer back in early June doing $6500 damage to my car, and now last night $2000 to truck. Hated making that insurance call this morning. Boss said stuff happens in 3's, told him I hoped he was WRONG!!!!

Was at our State Fair judging our 4-H / FFA kids in Public Speaking contest yesterday so missed Bootcamp. They told me that Conner (army military trainer) kicked their butts.
I was up at it again this morning though. We started the normal morning routine of the high knees, butt kicks and soldier walks followed by 20/20/20/20/20 (situps, pushups, butt ups, supermans and squats) Then we ran 1 mile of Indian Sprints. After that we did circuit of different exercises, running to the next circuit. I was dripping with sweat!!! It was very humid this morning at 5:15 outside by the lake.
Tomorrow is the end of week 2 already. 2 more weeks, then will start on phase II.
