Apparently I eat everything. We had a goulash sort of thing last night. It was tasty. So apparently I eat so much I will never lose weight.
Day 2: Recumbent Bike: 10 min
Blood Sugar (Morning): 166
Insulin: 95 units.
Currently, it's in the 130's and falling.
So that's good. I need to make my breakfast. Which means toast (2 slices), with 1 tsp butter.
Coffee already done. 12 oz cup, full of coffee, 2 Splenda packets, and 4 tsp of creamer.
Everything is good. I feel somewhat better. My problem knee is my right one. We'll see how it goes.

Yeppers, I did it, and it only took 24 years to get my butt off the computer, and do it. I rode the recumbent bike for 10 min, and a 5 minute cool down. Gotta do it again tomorrow.
I will start recording everything. Including blood sugar numbers. I need to get back on track. I really haven't been taking care of myself. It'll be better.
Helps to have a good song by a good band. This song has no lyrics. I love it when I am able to listen to it.
So much to do. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist today. We'll see how things go, because I've started losing words when I am talking to someone. So much to resolve.
Anyway, on we go!

Morning all!
How are all of you? I have decided that this is going to be harder than I thought. Exercise: No motivation. I need some! My motivation is lacking today. I have no idea why. Finally told my doc that I have no incentive to do this. Because it's spread to the rest of the family. It's been near 2 years that anyone has used the exercise equipment downstairs.
It's my ranting for this morning. lol
I have access to the recumbent bike (which I got, because my dad said he would use it), but my knees are weak. I need to strength them.
And I am being lazy. I am Procrastinating. Need to get rid of it. What would you suggest regarding time on the bike? I am trying to jump-start things.

Morning all! I am tired! I am amazed by people that want to have Bitcoin. I have fended mine off by some pretty shady people.
Anyway, this morning, I woke up at 7:30am. I usually wake at nine or so. It's quite invigorating! And I haven't seen the sunrise yet. I will probably tomorrow.
I will be having a Chobani Complete shake (strawberry cream), 2 pieces of toast, and (Lord willing) a salad this afternoon, and I don't know what's on the menu for dinner.
SO I will record things later tonight.
It should hit my calorie target.
No sugar! I have been eating fudge bars (Carb Smart Breyers) sometime more than 1. I find that I can't have *any* sugar. The fudge bars are only 4 grams of carbs each. I should be able to control it.
