Diario di kimjinxie, 18 lug 12

A new low. I have been focusing more on protein the last few days and when I eat. Breakfast through lunch with snacks is filling me up because I am eating so much. Not going way over my calories and last night I just had toast and chocolate milk after I got home from the gym. I have been meeting my goal of 2-3 veggies/fruits per day and that is helping me feel fuller too. Working out at gym 3 days a week and home for 3 doing a variety of things.I am looking forward to the half marathon at the end of the month and this weekend in the forest again working. I hope all my FS buddies have a wonderful day!!!
