Diario di kimjinxie, 19 lug 12

Ok....so, I know I shouldn't be weighing myself daily, but it is soooo motivating right now! Ate a banana before going to the gym this morning before work and ate yogurt right when I got back. Now I am eating the rest of my post-workout breakfast. Yummy scrambled egg whites, fresh deli ham, and cheese on toasted sourdough. :) Trying to get protein in for workouts and something must be working right, because I am losing again! I have been trying to get more of my calories in the first half of the day, so I have time to burn them and I am doing ok. Protein goal is at least 90g per day, but I want to get to about 120g. Still working on getting enough fruits and veggies in too.
