Rain again this morning. Should move out for a few hours this afternoon, so will sneak the walk in then. Oh, and lost 1 pound this week, even with starting AF yesterday, which is amazing in itself! I don't lose the water/bloating weight from that until 7 days after starting, so hopefully next week will be a 2 pound loss, not holding my breath though, the scale is evil as we all know! :)

AF is evil! She visited me last week and screwed everything up. I'm still holding my water weight from her, even though I finished up Tuesday and usually drop the weight by Thursday am. I'm hoping to see some encouraging numbers tomorrow morning! Keep getting outside! It makes all the difference!
