Diario di kimjinxie, 26 lug 12

Ugh... Time to reevaluate my food. Maybe I have been trying to eat too much. My clothes are still loose and I need to donate some more that even feel bigger. Not sure what my body fat is, so I might switch scales to check that and do some measurements. Just muscle building?? My weight bar is yellow again and that just simply won't do. :( It will be green again very soon!

Oh - you will adjust easily with all your exercise. I lost very little on the scale this month but dropped another size. and people are really commenting about my loss - so we just never can trust that scale!!!

You might want to try decreasing the amount of carbs you take in and eat more lean protein.

Congratulations on dropping another size. That is awesome!!! When people notice and comment on our loss it feels really good and that encouragement helps me to stay focused. Have a terrific Thursday HCB!

Thanks apatrick for the comment. I do need to eat more lean protein and probably not so many carbs. :)

I wont go nuts over it kimjinxie. You know how I feel about that number. It is not as powerful as some other numbers (clothes size, body % fat, etc) and also if you look at your weight history you tend to lose about 3 pounds a month. And I mean that is a solid 3 pounds that doesnt come back. Reevaluate if you want to but I think you look great and are consistent with your exercise and eating habits.
