Yes!!!! I got back below 190. I am going roller skating later today which I wasn't doing because of my knee pain, but now that my knee is not swelling anymore when I take longer walks it is time to get my skates back on. :) Hopefully by changing it up a little and adding this exercise, I will reach my goal weight.

Yep, I love to roller skate and my skates are going back in my truck today where they belong. I have skated since I was younger and was still skating occassionally until my knee started telling me I was too fat to do it. Now that I have lost most of the weight, I am ready to get back on wheels. :)
