I've been doing kids summer camp this week. That and moving combined has kept me very active. I've cut back on what I've been eating but haven't started seriously dieting yet.

I've increased the live foods in my diet, peaches, fresh vegetables, cherries, raspberries etc. All uncooked.

Last monday I started a detox. I'm getting back into the swing of things then I'm going to diet seriously for 10lb. My goal is to be back down to 150.
