Still steady which is good :) I ate a lot of bad things. Now the fair is over we're back to trying to eat healthier. No more junk for me. I'm going to plan out my meals in the morning. If it's not allotted in my calories I WILL NOT eat it.

I started my running program today. Intervals of running 1 minute and walking 5 minutes. I felt like I could do more but I didn't want to hurt myself since I just started. Next week I'll move up to running 2 minutes and walking 4 minutes. Once I can run a full 30 minutes I'll work on speed and distance. That's a few months down the road. My first goal is to be able to run 30 minutes without stopping.
