if you are in maintenance and work out heavily on certain days you may want to increase your calories a bit. it is always trial and error figuring out your own RDI with work outs. nothing wrong with bouncing, mostly it is water weight jumping around. If you don't want to lose weight add calories a little at a time

I’ll definitely do that. Based on my scale and my research my recommended DCI is around 4000-5000 calories on the days I workout.
