I lifted and took a high intensity cardio/lifting class. I think this is mainly water loss but I am recording it :P
105,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 19,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 5,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Almost 5 pounds in two days!? Are you recording all your food here? You work out a lot, so be careful not to lose muscle. Make sure you are eating enough to fuel your body. I don't want to be a downer, because your loss is getting you closer to your goal. I just worry about you losing any muscle that you are working so hard at getting. :)
