Ya not bad at all. Fluctuations are pretty normal. The overall trend looks great!

Thanks guys :) I am allowing myself a ten pound range at this stage (175-185). I would like to get down to 175 at some point, and I will push myself to get it. I step on the scale daily still to keep myself on track, but don't record it every day.

Awwww Kim - it is those damned BURPEES increasing your muscle mass, right? It is all Clifford's fault...

LOL...that just means I have to work harder to lose more of this fat, to keep ahead of the muscle gain. ;)
