Not going near the scales for at least a week.
I’m experiencing a period at the moment and I’m quiet bloated and uncomfortable.
Eating well haven’t exceeded RDI and have stay consistent with training this week.
Wednesday tomorrow and I’m organised for an early start at work and a training session.
Starting to find a grove with running again. 😊🙏🏼
