Holding at 180 still. Body fat has decreased and slacks are loose again, so must be muscle gain keeping me at this weight. I will take it :)
81,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,1 kg a Settimana

Forgot to record that I am now doing a mile in 11 min. Now I need to test stamina and see what I can do extending the distance. It was pretty easy at 11 and could have gone farther.

Thanks everybody for the comments. I find it easier to stay motivated when I have an event to train for. I have an 8k at the end of Feb and a 5k at the beginning of April on my calendar.

I'm not ready to tackle an event yet - but I have a good friend who does use that to motivate her. Find what works and keep going! You are doing amazing!
