Was it worth it? Darn right it was worth it. I had a goal to lose weight after my clothes were too tight and I felt awful. Plus I'm leaving for a three week cruise tomorrow. That's a good incentive. I've complained that "it's a lonely road" not drinking, halving intake and it is, but with the help of this site, I was able to keep on track and achieve a loss of 9kg over 3.5 months.
