I have the weirdest way of losing weight. I would never have noticed this if I hadn't been on fatsecret. I spent years thinking that I just couldn't lose. I didn't realize that we all lose differently.

I knew something different happened. I got up this morning and my jeans were hanging on my hips... they were not like that 4 days ago. I know that Atkins promises fast weight loss in the first 2 weeks. I just didn't expect it to 'cycle' on a 4 - 6 week basis and keep repeating itself.
