It is crazy how we fluctuate in body weight. 😳mine all over the shop. Lol
So many factors to consider when weighing yourself.

💥 Hormones.
💥 Nutrition.
💥 Time of day when you weigh yourself.
💥 Weighing yourself during a training session or directly after. (Try not to do this) 😀
💥 Muscular mass (muscle weighs a lot more then fat mass)
71 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 2,3 kg a Settimana
