I’m a mom of 5. 43 years old. Hoping to finally get a handle on my weight. So, this time I’ve joined my local hospitals weight loss management program. I have to say tho. That I feel really unmotivated, more like ‘ hoping it finally works’ I’ve tried so b many ways to lose weight. Never with doctors and all that this thing provides so, we’ll see. I’ve just lost hope in my ability to see this through but I won’t give up! No. I n will give this effort my best!
