Didn't eat great yesterday, but I managed to get a good hour worth of workout done at the gym.

I gained a little but nothing I can't run off. Time to work my a$$ a little:) I am going to the gym again tonight and tomorrow. Glad to hear you did well and I want to hit my lower goal by summer too!! We can do this!!

Hi - good to hear from you! It has been a long winter but Spring is here and we can get started again (as soon as the freezing temps leave). No seriously I have been to the gym 3 times since Friday which is pretty good for me. HUGS!

Thanks for the hugs. I am trying to get caught up with everyone and this "place" really motivates me to keep pushing farther. :)
