Started an 8 week challenge.
Wanting muscular growth.
First week went well I only had one rest day.
Into the second week and I’m listening to my body and resting this evening. Huge two day’s at work!
Current taking melatonin to aid sleep.
Week one as I’m very restless due to
changes in working hours.
Loving the change up with instruction. Learning new things
