Today, I did not make it to the gym. I’m need to have simpler days. Less appointments. Tomorrow is another busy day! 😢. I hate it. Next week I’ll try to make my days less busy. Stayed within calorie allowance and ate pretty well. So, all is not lost. Doing good.
