Sticking to my challenge in the sense of training however a few set backs mentally last week meant I did not eat the required amount of calories per day.
Naturally this meant I was at a calorie deficit most days.
Haven’t missed training.
The weekend was amazing! I was able to catch up on sleep , this made me feel so much better! 😊💯
69,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0,3 kg.    Rimanenti: 4,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 1,5 kg a Settimana
