Diario di Darbo, 10 nov 10

I expected to show a gain tonight. Looking back over my food, I noticed that I was eating a ton of sodium and carbs and not enough protein. This week my goal is to watch it really close and plan ahead my meals.

I also believe I gained some weight this week because of inflamation. Everything on my body aches and is extremely sore. I have been taking Advil or Aleve since Sunday. I ran that 5k on Saturday and I was exhausted before running it. My trainer pushed me very hard on Monday and Tuesday. He wasn't surprised to see a gain tonight.

Goals for this coming week:
1) make better choices on meals by planning ahead and watching sodium
2) drink plenty of water
3) make sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep nightly
